Punjab Bike Scheme Check Down Payment And Monthly Installment Details

The Punjab Bike Scheme has been launched by the Punjab Government to distribute 20,000 motorbikes for male and female students, for which the registration process is ongoing. Aspiring students can get a motorcycle on easy installments without any interest. A total of 20,000 bikes will be provided to 20,000 students, including 19,000 petrol and 1000 electric bikes. Under this scheme, the government will pay markup and down payments on monthly installments.

Punjab Bike Scheme 2024

Under this scheme launched by the Punjab government, a down payment of 20,000 rupees has to be paid to get a motorbike, but students need not worry here; the Punjab government itself will pay this down payment. While male and female students will have to pay easy installments, if we talk about the details of the installments, male students will have to pay Rs 11,676 and female students will have to pay Rs 7,325 monthly installments.

If we talk more about the details of this scheme, petrol bikes will be provided to students across Punjab within the first phase. Whereas if we talk about electric bikes, then only students in Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi, and Lahore can get them. While applications for petrol bikes can be submitted only from all over Punjab, for electric bikes, students from any other province can also submit applications.

To submit the applications, the student must be a regular student at the graduate college or university. If we are talking about further eligibility, the student must have a driving license or learner’s permit to complete the registration. An application cannot be submitted without a driving license or learner permit.
