If I talk about the latest update regarding registration, according to the Punjab e-bike portal established by the Punjab government, 1 lakh and 40,000 students have created their accounts so far. Out of which, a total of 32,375 male and female students have submitted their applications. Out of the students who have submitted these applications, 26,339 students have completed their registration for petrol bikes. While there are 63,336 male and female students who have completed their registration to get an electric bike, So if you also want to complete your registration, then this is a golden opportunity for you because there are only two days left to complete the registration.

Registration Procedure

Students who want to complete their registration but do not know about the complete procedure. For the guidance of such students, let me tell you that the Punjab government has established a special portal in this regard. Students who wish to complete the registration can go to Google and search for e-bikes and reach this portal. Interested students can submit their applications by going to the portal and creating an account.

Remember that there is no other procedure to complete the registration. Neither the government nor the private sector is collecting offline applications for the Punjab Bikes Scheme. Therefore, any student who wants to complete his registration should submit his online registration as soon as possible. For your reminder, let me tell you that this scheme has been started by the Punjab government to provide 20,000 bikes.

Eligibility Criteria

Following are the eligibility criteria to complete the registration.

  • The age of the student should be more than 18 years to complete the registration in the Bikes Scheme.
  • In order to complete the registration for the bike scheme, students must have a driving license.
  • If a student does not have a driving license, he or she can also submit an application on the basis of a learner’s permit.
  • The applicant must be a regular student at a university or college recognized by HEC.

Reasons For Not Creating An Account

For students who want to complete their registration but their account is not being created, there may be two major reasons. I will explain the details of these reasons to you. The first and biggest reason is that students are under 18 years of age. Students who are under 18 years of age cannot create an account. While the second major reason for not creating an account is not having a driver’s license or a loaner’s permit, So keep in mind that students who are under 18 years of age or who do not have a driving license cannot create an account. Because according to the eligibility criteria, students who are over 18 years of age and have a driving license can apply for this Punjab Bikes Scheme.
