The Benazir Kafalat Program is a welfare program under the BISP that provides unconditional cash financial assistance to poor and deserving people. Under this program, a stipend of 10,500 is provided every 3 months to poor and deserving women across Pakistan, including eunuchs.

How to Check Eligibility for Kafalat Program?
Eligibility for the Benazir Kafalat program is determined after completing the NSER survey. This survey can be completed by one person in each household. If you have completed your survey process and if you want to know about your eligibility, then you can get information about your eligibility very easily. You can use the 8171 portal to get information about your eligibility. To check eligibility, you can get information by entering your ID card number or token number given to you at the time of the survey.
Apart from the online web portal, you can also get information about your eligibility through SMS. You can SMS your ID card number to 8171 to get information about eligibility. Remember, while sending SMS, make sure that the number from which you are sending the SMS is registered in your own name.
Who is not eligible for the Kafalat program?
The Benazir Kafalat program is specially launched to provide financial assistance to poor and deserving people. That is why the following people are not eligible for the program:.
- Persons whose monthly income is more than Rs. 30,000
- Persons employed in any government sector and their spouses
- Persons who have a passport and have traveled abroad
- Persons who own agricultural land
- Individuals who are already receiving financial assistance from another program
- Individuals with a PMT score greater than 32
- Individuals who are filers are also ineligible for this program.

Documents required to complete the registration
If you are willing to complete your registration within the Kafalat program, then it is very important for you to know about the necessary documents to complete the registration. So that you don’t have to face any kind of problem while completing the registration. Following is the list of documents required to complete the registration.
- National Identity Card
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Proof of monthly income
- Death certificate of husband in case of widow
- A special identity card issued by NADRA in the case of transgender
- Disability certificate in case of disability
- And children’s bay form
Complete Registration Procedure
In order to be a part of the Benazir Kafalat program, you first need to complete your NSER survey. Remember, registering means completing the survey registration process. If you have not yet completed your survey registration process, then you need to complete the survey registration process first. As part of the survey registration process, various socio-economic information is collected from you on the basis of which your eligibility is determined.
To complete the survey registration process, you should first visit your nearest tehsil office of Benazir Income Support. Remember that Benazir Income Support has established more than 700 tehsil offices across the country. Your eligibility is determined after a few days of completing the survey registration process. And you can check your eligibility information according to the above-mentioned procedure. Procedure for receiving Benazir Kafalat Program assistance
- After completing the registration process, married women in cases of eligibility will receive a payment release SMS from 8171.
- After receiving the SMS, the eligible women will take their original identity card and go to their nearest POS retailer appointed by Habib Bank or Bank Al-Falah, and after thumb verification, they will receive the Benazir sponsorship amount.
- Remember, after receiving the money for the first time, with the next payment, withdrawals can be made from ATMs apart from the POS retailer.
