Eligibility Criteria

Some eligibility criteria have been set for the students who want to get a motorbike from the bike scheme launched by the Punjab government. Students who meet these eligibility criteria will be able to benefit from the scheme. The eligibility criteria laid down are as follows:

  • A student must be over 18 years of age to complete their registration under the Bike Scheme.
  • You must be a regular student at a public or private graduate college or university to complete registration.
  • A student wishing to complete the registration must have a driving license or learner’s permit.
  • Further terms and conditions stipulated by the Punjab government will be applicable.

  • Effective representation has been given to each district in proportion to the population by the Government of Punjab.
  • If we talk about petrol bikes, 11676 bikes will be distributed among male students. And there will be 7324 petrol bikes distributed among the girls.
  • If we talk about electric bikes, in the first phase, electric bikes will be distributed in five cities, which include Faisalabad, Multan, Bahawalpur, Rawalpindi, and Lahore. 700 electric bikes will be distributed among male students of graduate colleges and universities in these cities, and 300 bikes will be distributed among female students.
