Distribution Criteria

- As far as the distribution of laptops is concerned, laptops will be distributed to male and female students in each degree program on the basis of merit, i.e., PhD, MS/MPhil, and 16 years of education.
- Shares will be determined according to university enrollment and laptop quotas for each degree program, including university quotas, campus quotas, degree program quotas, department quotas, and annual allocations.
