About Health Card

Procedure to get health card

Important instructions to fully benefit from the Health Card

  • According to Nadra records, a married man, his wife, and his unmarried children are one family.
  • In the case of widows, update your details in the NADRA record.
  • Get an ID card from NADRA as soon as possible, or get it renewed with the correct rules.
  • Parents are requested to make their children under the age of 18 without a form.
  • Ensure correct entry of all details (marriage, birth, death, permanent and present address, etc.) in NADRA records so that you and all your family members can benefit from health card facilities.
