Applicants need to meet the following eligibility criteria to be a part of the Ehsaas program:.
- The applicant’s poverty score should be below 32.
- Monthly income should be less than Rs 60,000.
- A Pakistani identity card should be present.
- Not previously receiving financial aid from any other aid program.
- There should not be any police case against the applicant.
- The applicant should not have any kind of property.
- Must reside in a rented house.
Required Documents
In order to complete the registration, the applicant must have the following necessary documents:
- Identification card
- Proof of monthly income
- NSER Survey Slip
- Children’s Bay Form
- Household electricity or gas bill
- Proof of monthly household expenses
Ehsaas Program Registration Through Office
Individuals who wish to complete their registration and fulfill the above-mentioned eligibility criteria are eligible to complete the registration. Such persons should visit their nearest Ehsaas Program tehsil office with all the necessary documents for registration. After going to the office, get complete information about registration from the representative present there. The representative will inform you of the complete procedure to complete the registration. After knowing about the complete procedure, such persons should go to the registration desk there and complete their registration process.
A few days after completing the registration, such persons will receive an SMS from 8171. If such persons meet the eligibility criteria during office screening, they will be made part of the program. After which, they can receive their financial aid.
How to Complete Online Registration at Home
Because many poor and deserving people belong to backward areas. Due to this, they cannot go to the EHSAS program office by traveling from distant areas to complete their registration process. Because the internet is available there, such people can now complete their online registration while sitting at home. For those who want to complete the online registration, I am explaining the complete procedure for them here. Those who wish to complete the online registration can go to the official website of the Ehsaas program,fill out the application form,and submit the application. Remember that such persons have to submit soft copies of all necessary documents along with the form while submitting the application. After a few days of submitting the form, such persons will receive an SMS from 8171 on their registered mobile number.
If, for some reason, such persons do not receive the SMS, they can also check their eligibility using the 8171 web portal.
