Persons with disabilities who have the required qualifications can complete their registration by visiting any help desk established by the Social Welfare Department or the office of the District Officer of Social Welfare during office hours and registering their details. This is the only means of registration, and registration cannot be completed through any other method. And if they feel that there is any mistake in their data, then they can go to the social welfare office again and ensure the correct entry of their data.
